As a therapist, I value the ability to talk with, not at, my clients. I won’t categorize you or treat you in a standardized way. I tailor my approach to your particular needs & your unique process, while also being able to offer new tools and perspective to deal with whatever life throws at you. My treatment tends to focus on one's relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them, while also being able to better manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health challenges. My specialty is relationship issues, helping individuals, couples, and families communicate more productively.
