Finding someone you can talk to can be challenging, especially if you like to be the one supporting everyone else. Asking for help and taking the leap of being open and vulnerable can seem scary and frustrating. I see you, and I hear you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that works in the Cheyenne area and virtually for Colorado. I work with adults on a variety of issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. As a previous teacher and middle school counselor, I also have a passion for working with children and adolescence.
