I offer EMDR, among other therapies. I understand how a lifetime of invalidation can leave you feeling lost, numb, and deeply misunderstood. The impact can be especially profound if you are LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, or otherwise othered at a familial or societal level. My commitment is to provide a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where you can finally be seen and empowered, with your own insights and tools we develop together along the way. Using a trauma informed approach, your sense of safety is our foundation. We begin to put out the fire (providing relief) so you can feel more grounded for deeper work. We’ll do this though a strong relationship, gathering your resources, and developing new skills. I also welcome humor, creativity, and joy as essential components of building resilience.
