Welcome! I'm a wife and a mother and I understand the daily struggles of trying to do it all. I specialize in working with individuals navigating reproductive stress, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and parenthood. This includes trying to conceive, fertility challenges, loss, pregnancy, the postpartum period and parenthood. Often, approaching child-bearing is the largest shift in our identity as we have known it. This can lead to increased anxiety, depression, rage or feelings of guilt and shame. You are not alone! PMAD's are increasingly common and this does not need to define you as a person, partner or parent.
