I help adolescents and adults with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and OCD, by taking a person-centered approach and using a variety of treatment modalities to best treat their symptoms. People tend to describe me as an extrovert. I hope to provide a safe space with an empathetic and unconditional positive regard. I want to be that person with whom you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. It is my goal to help you overcome your difficulties and to hold you accountable so you can be the best version of yourself.
