My name is Madison and I have been providing therapy services for over 10 years in Ohio and Minnesota. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and walks of life in a variety of settings, including schools, physician's office/hospitals, and private practice. My approach typically includes methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). However, I believe that every client is unique and has different needs, even if they are facing similar challenges. It is my job to figure out which approach works best for you.
