I strive to create an open and safe environment where emotions can be expressed without judgement. I have a passion for working with those who wish to better understand their emotions and learn new coping skills. My goal is to support those going through difficult life changes and help them to see their personal strengths along the way. I aspire to help end the stigma surrounding mental health and show that it should be treated with grace and kindness. I have a master's degree from Michigan State University in Social Work. I have experience working with those with persistent mental health disorders (GAD, MDD, OCD).
