I am an energetic and compassionate LCSW with over seven years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, chronic worry, bullying, and family conflict. I bring a dynamic and engaging presence to therapy, using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and strength-focused interventions to help clients feel empowered and capable of change. My approach is active, collaborative, and tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs—fostering growth, resilience, and greater emotional balance in everyday life. In our first session, clients can expect a collaborative and hands-on experience where they have the opportunity to express what they hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll identify and explore core needs, set clear intentions, and begin developing a plan tailored to those goals.
