Hello! I’m really glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—especially if you’re unsure where to begin. I’m currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Northside Behavioral Health Group, working under the close supervision of Corey Gray, a licensed therapist and the owner of the practice. I work with individuals in Omaha, Nebraska (and surrounding areas) to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore whatever’s on your mind—whether it’s stress, self-doubt, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck.
