I work with primarily adults through telehealth but also have experience working with individuals across all ages. I approach therapy with a trauma-informed perspective, taking into account all aspects of the past that contribute to where you are today. I have experience in working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, grief/bereavement, relationship issues, SMI, suicidal ideation, PTSD, and military-related stressors.
