I view therapy as a journey. I will walk with you and empower you to learn new ways of coping and thinking about current or past stressors. I am open, direct and affirming . I want to help individuals increase their satisfaction in life and relationships. I am trained to work with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, trans youth issues, career counseling and family therapy- as well as school advocacy. I utilize CBT, DBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing and psychoanalytic study to see the ways in which the past may be affecting today. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, those seeking help in mid life and/or work transitions.
