MAE Behavioral Health provides individual therapy to adults 18+ that are struggling to cope with the difficulties that life throws at them. Many of our clients present with symptoms of depression, anxiety, burnout, poor self esteem, or a lack of direction in their life. Our clients are often looking for guidance regarding ways to manage and reduce symptoms, and incorporate strategies to mediate symptoms before they become too overwhelming. MAE Behavioral Health's focus is to help our clients find meaning in their life. We can assist with value identification and boundary setting in an attempt to live a more authentic life. You should feel empowered to make changes and advocate for yourself, and we will support you throughout every step of this process.
