One of the hardest things to do in life is to ask for help for yourself. Being a person who was always there to help others, I understand how difficult it can feel to reach out to a therapist. That's why my goal is to help my clients feel safe to open up and talk about what has been weighing on their minds and hearts. I am a first-generation Filipina-American who loves working and living in diverse communities. Through becoming a single mom, I learned that crisis is a time for change and growth. I'm also a dog-mom to a sweet English bulldog who snores like a bear!
