Life can be hard and feel like an uphill battle, and sometimes, our past gets in the way of our future. We often don’t know who to turn to or how to fix it. In our sessions, I want to create a space that is non-judgmental and caring to help you heal from your past and enjoy life again. I utilize a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, EMDR and brainspotting. These methods help to connect your thoughts, emotions, and body to feel more like yourself again and move forward in life.
