There are times in life when our experiences can leave us feeling isolated, alone, unloved and questioning whether we are "good enough." We may struggle to trust others or the world around us; doubting, hating, hurting or numbing ourselves in an attempt to alleviate pain. Experiences of trauma or significant stressors in our past can lead to continued pain in the present. I specialize in working with adolescence and young adults who've experienced trauma and/or distressing life events to heal from these wounds and find new ways of connecting with self and others.
