Hello. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with experience working with diverse populations, Hispanic and Latino communities, Medicare patients, and seniors. I help people overcome life challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, as well as work on motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My background in counseling psychology has provided me with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, allowing me to effectively support clients on their path to healing and personal empowerment.
