As a Depth oriented therapist, I aim to provide a space where my client’s feel safe and comfortable opening up. I believe that the most important aspect in therapy is the therapist and client relationship and I intend to be a safe container for my clients. There can be many reasons as to why you are seeking therapy and I am here along your journey of healing. I utilize a Depth oriented, Holistic, and Psychodynamic approach when treating my clients. I have experience working with individuals that have dealt with anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment issues. Many of these issues can be understood as a sense of disconnection with our authentic selves. Through our work together, I will assist in helping you connect to different parts of yourself; your fears, self-limited beliefs, and aspirations.
