My role is to walk alongside you as we explore what might be standing in the way of the peace and confidence you’re looking for. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own—I’m here to help. This can be a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the strengths you already carry as you move toward the life you want to create. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, helping clients navigate feelings of overwhelm, anger, stress, and lack of purpose. This includes support for self-care, life balance, life transitions, and parenting. Life is all about relationships and I can help with improving communication, managing conflicts, and strengthening connections with others.
