My name is Magdalen Kroeger, I am a licensed clinical social worker based out of Santa Clarita, California, working with clients via telehealth. I like to approach therapy by first establishing a strong rapport with my clients and I value treating my clients with kindness and empathy. I like to use a variety of interventions while working with clients, including dialectical behavioral therapy techniques and a strengths-based approach to help clients better manage anxiety, depression, and stress. I have worked with clients struggling with anxiety, substance use, depression, self-harm, mood swings, and traumatic experiences.
