With over 25 years of clinical experience in education, mental health and the medical field, as well as expertise in marriage and family therapy, I use an integrated approach to psychotherapy which meets clients' unique needs and goals. I focus on strength, hope and resilience. I teach skills and strategies that will not only improve your ability to cope with challenges, but will promote growth. I have helped clients with developmental life transitions, anxiety/worry/OCD, grief, ADHD, relationship issues, divorce, school problems, LGBTQ+ and autism spectrum disorder challenges.
