Working collaboratively, what you bring into therapy will be met with compassion, patience, respect, and confidentiality, so you will find the space needed to create meaningful change in your daily life. It is your journey, and depending on your needs and preferences, therapy may be short-term and solution-focused, or a longer, deeper dive into the troubles and experiences you present. I have a multi-modal, holistic approach to therapy and every session will be tailored for you.
