Therapy can be a space to navigate many challenges while also celebrating growth. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents. My work focuses on collaboratively navigating anxiety, depression, and social and relational challenges. Additionally, I support people through their various life transitions and identity development. I also offer parent guidance and am trained in the Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) program. In an open and accepting space, I work with individuals and couples to identify and achieve their treatment goals.
