Maggie Cochran earned her master’s degree in Counseling from Northwestern University and practices from a trauma-informed, compassionate lens. She works with adults, children, adolescents, and families experiencing trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Maggie is trained in EMDR and specializes in supporting clients to process distressing memories, reduce triggers, and restore a greater sense of safety and stability. Maggie’s foundation is psychodynamic, helping clients explore underlying patterns and emotional experience hat shape current symptoms and relationships. Maggie Cochran works with adults, children, and families who are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and major life changes. Trained in EMDR, she helps clients process distressing experiences and feel more grounded, resilient, and in control. Maggie also conducts psychological evaluations for immigration cases.
