Anyone can benefit from therapy, whether you are struggling with a specific issue or have a desire to learn more about yourself for personal growth. Sometimes we need a supportive and objective person to guide us so we can uncover and break down any barriers that interfere with our happiness. My goal is to provide the space for you to do just that - to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behavior patterns in a safe, judgment-free environment. I am especially interested in working with those dealing with adoption related and gender identity related issues.
