Life is messy and rarely plays out the way we plan. The ups and downs can leave us feeling worn and ragged. I have spent my career working with people from all walks of life. I believe each individual deserves time and space to heal so they can live their best life. I work with adults who struggle with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and trauma. In our first few sessions, we will work on building a relationship and focusing on what you are looking to gain from therapy. I bring a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to sessions. I use a variety of treatments and work to tailor your treatment to your needs. I apply a strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective. I feel you are the expert in your life and should be included in every step of your treatment and healing. I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, family conflict, PTSD, and more.
