Hi, I'm so happy you're here! I am a licensed clinical social worker seeing clients throughout Colorado, Idaho, and Oregon via telehealth. I work with adults (18+) and families navigating life and relationship issues, anxiety, and depression with a main focus on approaching each client through a trauma-informed lens. My goal is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively to move through whatever it is that brought you to therapy by focusing on your strengths and identifying a plan that feels comfortable.
