When I imagine my ideal client, I see a child, teen, or family who is carrying more than they should have to—whether that’s anxiety, trauma, behavioral struggles, or the stress of navigating big transitions. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Deep down, what they want is relief, understanding, and hope. They want to feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools to heal and grow. My role as a counselor is to walk alongside you and your family on that journey. I specialize in working with children and adolescents, helping them build resilience, strengthen relationships, and process difficult experience
