We all have a story, and our stories impact how we see the world, others, and ourselves. Sometimes figuring out who we are and how we fit inside our stories can feel daunting. Through the process of counseling, we can journey together into the painful, joyous, and in-between chapters of your story, examining how that story came to be and working together to author the next chapter. I primarily work with individuals 16+ navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, breakups, people-pleasing, identity, and self-esteem issues. I am particularly passionate about creating a welcoming and empowering environment for women.
