The complexities of our worlds create numerous opportunities for us to experience overwhelm. All stressors, regardless of intensity, can leave us feeling powerless as they accumulate. This is especially true for children and adolescents, who are more susceptible to experiencing negative emotions. My role as a therapist is to help individuals identify their stressors, understand how these stressors impact their overall well-being, and learn how to cope. I am passionate about supporting clients in accepting their lives as they presently exist and empowering them to achieve the lives they hope to live.
