In therapy, I strive to be direct without sacrificing compassion. It can be difficult to ask for help, and you deserve a space in which you can feel both supported & understood while being empowered to change your life. I am most passionate about working with people experiencing anxiety, those who are exploring their identity, and survivors of trauma of all kinds (including grief & loss, sexual violence, assault, & family conflict). I also enjoy working with those seeking to improve their self-esteem and have experience treating eating disorders of the binge/purge type. As a therapist, I work alongside clients to heal their wounds through the power of story-telling while contextualizing the systems of oppression that may serve as barriers to reaching our full potential. I work from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach and welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, spiritualities, and identities.
