They want to move forward and reconnect with their inner peace so that they can enjoy life. These aspirations can be helpful to people who are first or second generation immigrants looking for support with navigating different cultures, who want to find hope amidst the climate crisis, or who want to unburden themselves from painful memories. This includes children and adults who are experiencing cultural adjustment (or "culture clash"), coping with eco-anxiety or grief, or living with complex or developmental PTSD.
