I will meet you where you are to nurture and support clarity and confidence in yourself to navigate your path forward. My career in pharmaceuticals, and interacting with psychiatrists for the last decade, led to me shift to providing counseling to individual adults struggling with depression, anxiety and life changes. As someone who has made a major change in mid-life, I am well equipped to sit with the challenges of life-change and transition that can come up at any age.
