When you’re a first responder, veteran, or trauma survivor, finding a therapist who truly "gets it" can feel impossible. I specialize in trauma and grief, including loss and death, and I offer a down-to-earth, no-BS space where healing is messy, humor is welcome, and growth doesn’t have to look perfect. My approach blends empathy, curiosity, and the occasional f-bomb to support you through tough emotions, beliefs, and experiences without judgment. I specialize in working with first responders, military/veterans, survivors of traumatic events, and those navigating grief and loss or addiction. I also support individuals and couples facing infidelity, family or parenting struggles, identity issues, and beliefs that leave them feeling stuck, powerless, or disconnected from themselves.
