I provide individual, couple, and family therapy under supervision and am deeply committed to creating a collaborative, inclusive, and compassionate therapeutic space where all identities, backgrounds, and relationship styles are welcome. In sessions, you can expect warmth, thoughtful listening, humor, and a relational approach that honors your unique strengths and experiences. I integrate narrative therapy, internal family systems, and family systems through a feminist, sex-positive, and body-positive lens. I’m passionate about helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families reconnect with themselves and with one another.
