As clients explore the challenges that have led them to therapy, my goal is to provide a space where they find support without judgement and build a genuine, strong connection, as I recognize the difficulty clients face in managing their symptoms and how hard it can be to find the right support. For those experiencing the isolation of long-standing concerns from childhood or who are managing the current challenges of a loved one or relationship, I meet my clients in whatever state of readiness or need they may find themselves, exploring a range of symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD or mood disruptions.
