Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable and maybe stressful. It is an important step in self care and can help strengthen relationships; relationships with oneself, coworkers, friends, intimate relationships and family. I am a Solution Focused Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with focus on Structural Family Therapy, Psychodynamic and Experiential Therapy. I can offer Dance/ Movement or Art Therapy. In sessions we will work together to solve problems, build communication, coping and you will be supported, heard and validated. I offer weekend availability & after hour appointments and am available for telehealth. Over 18 years of clinical experience working with a wide range of ages and backgrounds. Treatment focuses on conflict and problem resolution, sustainability in the improvements of functioning and achieving actualization of self.
