Hi there, I'm Maggie and I am glad you're here. As a therapist, I value the whole person and work to honor your personal story, the identities you hold, and your unique experiences. My practice is an interactive collaboration that welcomes you to explore and deepen your sense of awareness and connection to your mind, body and emotions. My clinical areas of expertise include: attachment and complex trauma, relationship challenges and disordered eating/eating disorders, for individuals and couples. I offer holistic, trauma informed, LGBTQ+ and gender affirmative care. I draw from relational, client-centered therapy, psychodynamics, and Health At Every Size (HAES) principles.
