Hi, I’m Maggie Nelson, and I’m excited to be a part of the My Psychiatrist team here in Lake Nona, Florida. With a deep passion for helping others, I’ve worked in a variety of settings throughout my career, from substance use treatment to supporting Veterans and the Geriatric population. I believe in providing personalized, compassionate care to each individual I work with. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, I’m here to support and empower you as we work together toward your treatment goals. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy, and strengths-based approaches, to ensure that each session is tailored to your unique needs.
