I utilize a variety of talk therapy methods and also offer specialized modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Psychedelic/Ketamine Therapy. With over 11 years of clinical experience, I aim to create a supportive space for anyone seeking growth, healing, or career guidance. My work goes beyond simply discussing problems or emotions—I strive to uncover the deeper “why” behind patterns and beliefs.
