You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, stressed, or depleted. Life can be demanding, and I make sure to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals of all ages (children, teens, and adults) to explore and process whatever is bringing you in. I aim to work with you so that you feel understood, heard, and confident moving forward. I make sure to work with you in order to make meaningful and lasting changes that align with your values and goals. Therapy can offer you the dedicated time and space to slow down, connect with yourself, and grow. I believe that the therapeutic process should be tailored to you, which is why I use an eclectic approach, drawing from various modalities. Together, we'll work on building insight and explore root causes of current issues. I also have a Masters level concentration in eating disorders as well as experience in inpatient settings and community mental health.
