I work primarily with individuals struggling with grief: whether related to loss around death, illness, divorce or a break-up; as well as job termination and retirement. Life transitions of many kinds usually entail a grieving process-even positive ones such as a new marriage, career change, graduation from high school or college, a geographic move or the birth of a child. With these changes, you may feel uneasy that you are not as happy as you "should be". We are always writing the story of our lives. What do you want more of? What needs to be let go? I offer supportive space for that creative process; to reach for a bigger dream.
