I work in mental health because I know what it is like to feel hopeless and alone. I want to be there for people and show them they can do this. My passion for helping people and my eagerness to make a difference in people’s lives drives me to this field. Some different methods/approaches I use when working with individual clients include: CBT, ACT, EFT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Exposure therapy. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, and Couples Therapy. I have experience working with diagnoses such as Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Bipolar 1 & 2, PTSD, Self-esteem, Adjustment Disorder, Disruptive behavior, and much more.
