Therapy can be a process of unfolding for individuals and families. Whether deepening insight and self awareness, increasing compassion, or finding new ways to address life, the process of readying one's self for change can start in the quiet, reflective space of therapy. I provide in person and virtual psychotherapy and consultations to residents of Illinois and Indiana. While my therapeutic approach is eclectic, I rely on a psychodynamic understanding of the lifespan, third wave behavioral approaches to change, and I center the importance of self-integration.
