Hi! I'm Maggie. I specialize in supporting women to move through trauma and fear in love, sex, fertility & reproductive journeys, birth, loss, and postpartum. If you've been feeling anxious, scared, or overwhelmed, if you feel burdened by old wounds or familiar patterns in relationships & dating, if you're struggling to process something recent or something long buried, if you're terrified of how out of control life can be, if you're struggling with intrusive thoughts, or if you're holding fear or grief that feels earth-shattering, I want to support you to feel safe in your body again (or perhaps for the first time). My approach is grounded in somatic & attachment based frameworks & trauma-informed care, with specialized training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, ERP, & reproductive, perinatal, & infant mental health. I have robust experience working with anxiety, OCD, PTSD, chronic stress, reproductive challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, perinatal loss & NICU experiences.
