Open Sundays & Mondays: I became a therapist to help others find the path not taken. I believe that your growth is an adventure, not a burden. When we approach our lives and loved ones through the lens of discovery, we give ourselves and others permission to be imperfect. We can accept that we may not have the skills needed to have the relationships that we want, and we can strive to learn them. There should be no shame in saying, “I do not know”. Do you know how to comfort yourself when you are disappointed? Do you know how to support someone that is struggling? Do you know how to care for someone who is hurting?
