Hi there beautiful human, I'm proud of you for taking the first step towards healing. I would be honored to help you along on your journey. I feel passionately about helping people restore their relationships with food and their bodies. I specialize in eating disorders, substance abuse and grief. I am a licensed professional counselor in both PA and NJ. I have a history of working in residential treatment centers for persons with eating disorders and currently work in an outpatient, virtual setting. I pride myself on being warm, empathetic and also direct in my approach. I am also trauma informed.
