My approach is intuitive, simple, and personable. I do not have a set agenda for my sessions, but rather tune into what may be helpful for each individual in each session. I appreciate the process of coming into therapy and strive to create a safe, compassionate, and authentic space for the individuals I work with. I ​currently see individuals 18 years and older, with a particular focus on supporting mothers in their postpartum health and navigating the ever moving flow of parenthood. I also work with individuals facing grief and loss, challenges in their careers, college age stress, life transitions, spiritual curiosity, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and depression.
