As LMFT, Certified EMDR therapist and certified Anger Management specialist, my focus and passion is to work with both couples to create and maintain a healthy relationship and help individuals develop healthier ways to express and manage their anger. In couples and marriage counseling, I help couples overcome their differences and handle their conflicts and seek better ways to communicate, develop deeper intimacy, and experience joy in each other. Clients struggling with anger and stress related problems, I teach and process the necessary skills needed to express anger in healthier ways.
