My ideal client is seeking growth and connection. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, connecting with their own identity or connecting with others. I especially am experienced in working with queer and BIPOC people, holding these identities myself. Clients who are ready to start feeling more confident, less anxious, and more in control are likely to benefit from work with me. I want to help you feel comfortable in your own skin, in your brain, and in your community! You are a complete and capable person, you might just need a little support believing this yourself. I utilize IFS (parts work), somatic practice, DBT and CBT, critical perspectives, and to support your wellness.
