I am deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. Whether you're navigating the complexities of adolescence, adjusting to significant life transitions (such as a new job, starting a family, or going through a divorce), or facing the unique challenges and opportunities of later life (like aging, retirement, or loss), I am here to help you find balance, healing, and clarity. Offering both virtual and in-person sessions in Solvang, CA - I collaborate with individuals aged 4 to 104 years to help process grief, manage symptoms of emotional distress, and navigate life's many hurdles. Through a trauma-informed approach, and drawing on evidence-based therapies such as DBT, IFS, ACT, and mindfulness, I strive to create a safe, supportive space for your growth and healing. Additionally, I am currently pursuing specialized training in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing.
